Amazing Adventure Alentejo's Southwest and Costa Vicentina Expedition Refª AA_ASCV Come to discover, by bicycle, the Vicentina Route in the Natural Park of Alentejo's Southwest, between Praia de São Torpes and Lagos.
Target: friends groups and active tourists Description: This is an extraordinary expedition, which passes through astonishing places along the Alentejo's coastline (Praia de São Torpes, Traditional Village of Porto Covo, Vila Nova de Mil Fontes, Cabo Sardão, Zambujeira do Mar, Odeceixe, Aljezur, Bordeira-Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, Cabo de São Vicente, Sagres, Salema, Burgau and Luz). The highlights of the route are undoubtedly Vila Nova de Mil Fontes, Zambujeira do Mar, Cabo de São Vicente (the most southwestern point in Europe - the old Roman ''Promontorium Sacrum'', dedicated to the god Saturn) and the Fortress of Sagres. The expedition ends in the city of Lagos, the exit point for the Portuguese Ships, during the Discoveries period in the 15th century. 5 days program. Includes: The program includes the services of two guides (a guide with bicycle and other with a support vehicle), and meals (breakfast, packed lunch -buffet style- and dinner, either in restaurants or campsites.
